On May 16th, HFU President, Mr. Wang Qidong, meets the delegation from Cheju Halla University (CHU) and Korea University (Sejong Campus, KU-SC), led by Mr. Kim Sung-Hun, President of CHU, and Mr. An Cheung-O, Vice President of KU-SC.

  After his welcome to the delegation, President Wang Qidong introduces HFU from perspectives of her history, schooling mode and goal as an applied university. He points out that HFU has pioneered in her cooperation with fellow universities abroad ever since her birth so that internationalization has become one of her features.

  Regarding Hefei as his second hometown, President Kim Sung-Hun remarks that its development has impressed him deeply. Hence, he sincerely hopes to start a long-term cooperation with HFU in academic research. Meanwhile, speaking highly of HFU students, Mr. An Cheung-O also expresses his expectation for cooperation and collaboration in applied specialties between the three universities.

  At the end of the meeting, the three parties sign a cooperation agreement, which will expand HFU’s collaboration with her counter-parts in South Korea.
